Hey! I’m Claire—a nurse, systems strategist, and leadership coach.
I built Nurse Leader HQ because I’ve lived the exact gap you’re navigating.
When I stepped into formal leadership, I was ready to make an impact.
But what I got was zero mentorship, no roadmap, and a system that rewarded survival—not sustainability.
So I started building what I needed:

How to Apply 📝
Nurse Leader HQ is a high-touch, small-group experience,
so spots are extremely limited.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. So the earlier you apply, the higher priority your application will receive. I’m planning to accept between 5 - 7 leaders.
When the application window opens, you’ll fill out a 10-15 min form.
I’ll then review your app and get back to you within 48 hours with a decision — or an invitation to speak further if more info is needed.
Applications open June 2 and close June 10.
FAQs
What if I'm still finishing Change Maker Essentials?
No problem. As long as you’re on track to finish by end of June, you’re eligible!
What if I don't manage a traditional unit?
If you manage people or projects — whether you’re a supervisor, educator, director, project lead, or consultant — you qualify.
If you’re still not sure, apply and we can talk it through!
What if I’m worried about the time commitment?
This is built for real-world leaders with real-world demands. We’ll spend our time together actively working on the challenges of your job. These hours count as part of your work week.
4–5 flexible hours a month is not just doable—it’ll multiply the impact of the rest of your time.
What if cost is a concern?
If you’re in a healthcare leadership role, you’re already operating at a level where investing in your growth isn’t just possible—it’s strategic.
This program is designed to help you lead more effectively, navigate challenges with less stress, and position yourself for the next step in your career. Promotions, pay increases, and new opportunities tend to follow leaders who invest in building systems that actually work.
We offer monthly payment plans, and many participants use professional development funds or receive full or partial reimbursement from their employer. But even if you cover the cost yourself, the return—in confidence, clarity, and career momentum—can be significant.
